Two adults, three juveniles injured in a New Jersey car accident

Someone else's mistake can sometimes have a huge impact on another life. Unfortunately, many people become a part of such an incident in a sudden and bizarre twist of fate. A suburban city in New Jersey recently witnessed such negligence on the part of a driver that led to a car accident.

The recent car accident, possibly the result of negligence, had a serious impact on the lives of two adults and three children aged 4, 8, and 9, who were injured in a two-vehicle crash. According to the police reports, one of the vehicles ignored a stop sign, which lead to the accident.

The 2008 Nissan driven by a 29-year-old struck a 2004 Jeep wagon. After the accident, the driver complained of neck and head pain. The other passenger and three juveniles were also taken to a hospital after sustaining injuries. Police reported that a 4-year-old juvenile was not properly restrained in a car seat. He complained of stomach pain. All the passengers were treated and later discharged from the hospital. The driver has been charged for failing to stop and for failing to restrain the 4-year-old in a car seat.

Car accidents can mean huge medical bills as well vehicle damage. After being injured in an accident, the victim may have to pay large medical bills. But, if accident was caused by someone else's negligence, the victim has the right to pursue compensation. An attorney may help the victim during such situations.
